Rosi's Hot Oil

First tried this at one of my favorite pizza spots in Atlanta (Brainwave, in Decatur, which also has the best ranch dressing I've ever had in my life). We miss it when it's gone. Also v v good on Goodles (or more elevated pasta experience of your choice).
